Hatka ("we", "our", "the app") is a shared household chore-log app built by Sortidy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
We collect the minimum data needed to make Hatka work. We don't use advertising SDKs, we don't sell your data, and we don't share it with data brokers.
When you first open Hatka, we create an anonymous account for you (via Firebase Anonymous Authentication) — no email, no password, no personal registration required. If you choose to link your account (e.g. via Sign in with Apple), we store only what Apple provides, such as a relay email address.
This data is stored in Firebase/Firestore and is only visible to the members of your household.
Subscriptions are handled entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive your payment details. Purchase status is verified via Apple/RevenueCat and linked to your household.
We use privacy-friendly, aggregated product analytics to understand app usage (e.g. which features are used) — never to build an advertising profile, and never shared with third-party ad networks.
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising SDKs. Data is shared only with the service providers required to run the app (Firebase/Google Cloud for storage and push, Apple for purchases), under their own data-processing agreements.
Hatka is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify users in-app where appropriate.
